The Presidents Club Rewards Program -Asia Pacific identifies, promotes and rewards top sales talent at UL-Asia Pacific.

UL believes there are no secrets to being a great salesperson. He or she is a passionate person driven by the determination to go beyond the set limits and travel that extra mile to pursue and prevail over excellence.

UL recognizes and salutes the good salesperson – the most valuable asset to a company!

    ​The program is for all individual sales contributors in the APAC region for the period Jan 1st to Dec 31 of the current year.​

Dear AP Sales colleagues,

We have often discussed ways to recognize, motivate and reward the top-performing sales talent within the enterprise as we strive for a world-class sales organization. As a step in that direction, I’m happy to announce the launch of the Asia President’s Club, to honour the best sales talent within UL Asia Pacific.

Welcome to the program! Everyone likes to be recognized for their hard work. This program is designed to recognize our top sales performers with annual membership in a UL exclusive club of your peers and an incentive trip for our sales team members and a guest of their choice to a highly sought after destination in early 2016. We are extremely excited to be launching this program in the Asia Pacific region for the remainder of 2015.

The reward program includes on-the-spot recognition of achievements every day, year round.
Every major sales accomplishment is acknowledged and appreciated -- a notification is sent to all registered members.

The best of the best, the top achievers, become proud members of the elite HALL of FAME.


  • Accredited full-time sales professionals from Asia Pacific region
  • Professional sales persons with individual sales goals
  • Held a sales role for a minimum of 9 months in the prior year

Reward criteria

  • Exceeds 115% - Above sales quota performance
  • Top 10 performers
  • Recipients validated/selected by the APC Committee


  • The 4-member jury comprising of Jason Fischer, Lily Ho, Keen Zhang, Peeyush Gupta, select the top 10 performers based on the given reward criteria.
